GOOD MORNING ALL,
Thank you Nelisia ( I know I spelled wrong srry) for your comment ..I really appreciate your advice and you know what I think you are soo right...I am going to see how long it takes her to reflect on all she has said or done wrong and see if she comes apologize..
Already the day has begun for me... I absolutely did not want to get out of bed...but the children have to get to school.
My son is 10 yrs old and dying to be able to walk to school alone but I can not see myself even attempting to let this happen.
I am so scared of him crossing the street alone(even though he is adamant that he knows how) I get scared of predators out there just waiting for an opportunity, Also some kids end up playing so much on the way to school by the time they get there they are all dirty or even worse hurt...
SOOO as much as I hate early mornings(I always make sure I have the evening shift at work lol) I will continue to take them..
I dont know yet up to what age... but I know I have to let go...Anybody have any input on what age is it appropiate to let your kids go out on their own.
Remember I live in New York and things out here are not so nice at times.
I think that I will be the type of parent that will continue to fix my childrens clothing even when they are 30 yrs old hehehehe...
I just want to be there for them in whatever way I can and I do think that sometimes I get too over protective....
Ben tells me that I am spoiling them too much but I can't see it any other way.
I want to to give them all the things material and emotionally that I never had!
ANYWAYSSSSS.... Today is hubby's and my day off and we do have a lot of errands to run...I don't even know where to begin...
I think on my next entry I will start telling about how I became a mom at 18 and all the events that lead me up to me meeting my soul mate (Ben) and finally having unconditional love...
BTW ..I added some pics of me and as you can see I need to cut off on the snacks :)... also some more pics of my babies sorry to bore any of you lol but these children are my pride and joy and I do like to show them off especially my princess:)
Stay tuned...
